Achieve Hospitality is delighted to be working with an incredible 5-star hotel who are looking to add a number of Chef De Parties to the team.

Job Description
 
As a Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in maintaining the high standards of the kitchen while supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef.
 
Role Responsibilities

• Managing and running a designated kitchen section efficiently and independently.
• Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes with precision and consistency.
• Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards in accordance with regulations.
• Collaborating with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
• Assisting with menu development and contributing innovative ideas.
• Monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering ingredients as needed.
• Training and mentoring junior chefs to enhance their skills and knowledge.

 
Candidate Requirements 

• Minimum of 2 years in a high-end dining establishment.
• Confidently run a section efficiently and independently.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to consistently deliver high-quality dishes under pressure.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have the right to work in the UK.
