Salary: $35-$40 per hour, commensurate with experience

Job Description
 
A UHNW family in Miami is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented housekeeper with exceptional expertise in laundry care, ironing, and wardrobe management, as well as the highest standards in all other housekeeping duties. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fabric care, garment maintenance, and household cleanliness while working seamlessly within a fully staffed environment.
 
Role Responsibilities

• Expert handling of delicate fabrics, designer clothing, and luxury linens
• Sorting, washing, drying, folding, and ensuring proper care of all garments
• High-quality ironing, steaming, and pressing of clothing and household linens
• Wardrobe organization, closet management, and seasonal rotation of clothing
• Packing and unpacking assistance for travel as required
• Daily cleaning and maintenance of living spaces, bedrooms, and bathrooms
• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces
• Managing household cleaning supplies and inventory
• Assisting with occasional deep cleaning projects
• Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless operations
• Maintaining discretion and professionalism at all times

 
Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role within a UHNW or high-profile household
• Expertise in laundry care, garment care, and wardrobe management
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Strong understanding of luxury fabrics, designer clothing, and proper care techniques
• Ability to work independently while also being a team player in a fully staffed home
• Discreet, professional, and able to maintain the highest standards of confidentiality
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Excellent references from previous employers
