Overview and Opportunity
Our client is a luxury 5-star hotel based in Wiltshire, UK. It is a luxury getaway in the heart of the Cotswolds.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and inspire a team of professionals to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
- Work closely with the Head Chef and Sommelier to curate a world-class food and beverage offering.
- Maintain and exceed Michelin and luxury hospitality service standards.
- Drive revenue and manage costs while maintaining a strong focus on profitability.
- Uphold strict health and safety, food hygiene, and licensing standards.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with guests, ensuring a personalised and memorable experience.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or senior leadership role in a 5 Star Hotel, Michelin-Starred or fine dining environment.
- A deep understanding of luxury hospitality and exceptional guest service.
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to managing and motivating a team.
- Extensive knowledge of food, wine, and beverage pairings.
- Financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets and drive profitability.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
