Role: Clubhouse Manager
Location: Co. Kerry, Ireland
Salary: €42,000 – €46,000 (dependant on experience)
Work Schedule: Full time, 45 hours per week
Accommodation: Temporary Available
Start Date: As soon as Possible
 
Achieve Hospitality are partnering with with one of County Kerry’s most beautiful 5* hotels who are keen for an experienced Clubhouse Manager to join their team.
 
The Clubhouse Manager will have proven experience and proven abilities to lead and manage the Food and Beverage team. You must have the ability to deliver an exceptional high standard of customer service and be able to motivate and develop your team.
 
Role Responsibilities:

  • All food and beverage floor staff in the Club House.
  • Beverage and food service on daily basis in the Club House
  • Beverage and food service and operations outdoor and other areas of the Golf Club where a function may require it.
  • The Food & Beverage Gross profit margin each month.
  • The Labour costs of the department.
  • Staff communication and training.
  • Organising the weekly team meeting
  • The stock management and stocktakes of F&B outlets.
  • Purchasing of stock, glasses and utensils for the beverage department using the Procurement tools available ensuring pre-approval of said purchases
  • Customer service of the department and guest satisfaction
  • Monthly promotional offers and ideas to increase sales in the area.
  • Further development of the department and its team
  • To organise the efficient operation of all beverage outlets in the golf club.

 
Candidate Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in a similar role
  • 2-5 years Food & Beverages managerial experience
  • Good cocktail knowledge essential and Mixology experience a plus
  • Proven experience in leading a F&B team
  • Excellent IT Skills including a proficient user of MS Office and excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organisational, negotiation and communication skills are a must including fluent spoken and written English.
