Achieve Hospitality are delighted to be working with our fantastic client, who due to expansion and growth are looking to add an experienced Bar and Brand Manager to their team.
Job Description
This is a unique opportunity for someone with extensive bartending and mixology experience to be part of a project years in the making. As the Brand Homes Bar Manager, you will complete the clients on-site management team, bringing your expertise and creativity to shape how the brand is enjoyed and experienced.
We are seeking candidates who are industry experts with a strong background in mixology and drinks menu curation. Experience in leading the daily operation of a bar, especially within a high-end hospitality environment is essential. Candidates must have a genuine passion for the brand and be able to translate brand values and ethos throughout all operational aspects, understanding the competitive set and continuously striving to innovate.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead the bar team and manage daily operations.
- Support the delivery of tours, experiences, events, and trade visits.
- Act as a key brand advocate, showcasing our products with in-depth knowledge.
- Design our serve and cocktail menu, enhancing brand engagement.
- Support the Brand Homes Manager and Central Brand in creating and executing a new strategic vision for the Brand Home bar, focusing on profitability and commercial viability.
- Engage with key trade customers by designing and hosting on-site events and delivering training on our serve strategy.
- Use your industry network and social media presence to advocate for our craft and products, building strong relationships with our on-trade customers, partners, and stakeholders.

- Charismatic, friendly, and engaging team player who can build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- An excellent communicator, confident in presenting our brand in person and on social media.
- Embodies our values and leads by example, with experience in leading and developing a bar team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, people management experience, and resource planning capabilities.
- Possesses commercial acumen and technical competence with systems and Microsoft applications.
- An eye for detail and a drive for ongoing improvement.
- Flexible in availability, ready to work full-time, including evenings and weekends, to support the experience and event offerings.
- Can act as a Duty Manager for the full site on a rotational basis.
