Role: Sales & Marketing Manager
Location: Co. Kildare
Salary: €60,000 – €65,000 
 
Overview and Opportunity

Achieve Hospitality are delighted to be working with our amazing client who are looking to add a experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to their current team. 
The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for all aspects of Sales and Marketing.
This role involves working closely with the Rooms Revenue Department to improve Sales Revenue at the hotel whilst designing and overseeing sales and marketing activities for the food and beverage outlets.
 
Job Description 
The Role includes but not limited to:

• Overseeing and ensuring the success of PR, advertising and promotional activities
• Overseeing online development, advertising, marketing and branding.
• Key account management in Leisure and Corporate Markets
• Meeting, liaising and visiting local corporates at their premises or conducting site inspections of the hotel
• Submitting RFP’s and maintaining existing relationships.
• Overseeing the hotel website
• Liaising with the Rooms Revenue Manager to secure Group and FIT business

Candidate Requirements 

• Must have the right to work in Ireland
• Must have luxury Hospitality experience 
• Similar experience in a Sales and Marketing Role
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field.
• Master’s degree (optional but preferred), such as an MBA with a focus on marketing or sales.
• 3-5+ years in sales, marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in leadership or managerial roles.
• Proven track record in meeting sales targets and developing marketing strategies.
