Job Description
As a Breakfast Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for delivering a high-standard breakfast service, ensuring guests enjoy a fresh, beautifully presented, and delicious start to their day. You will work with the finest locally sourced ingredients, showcasing creativity and precision in every dish while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality breakfast dishes in line with our fine dining standards.
- Manage and oversee the breakfast service, ensuring a smooth and timely operation.
- Maintain consistency in presentation, portioning, and taste to meet our luxury standards.
- Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to develop and refine breakfast offerings.
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly followed.
- Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and minimise waste.
- Assist with other kitchen duties as required, supporting the team during lunch preparations when necessary.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or Chef de Partie in a fine dining or luxury hotel environment.
- Strong knowledge of high-end breakfast dishes, techniques, and presentation.
- Passion for fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- HACCP certification or equivalent food safety knowledge
