Job Title: Full-Time Head Housekeeper (Service Focus)
Location: Weybridge, Surrey
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 or 11:00 – 20:00 (with rest periods). Flexibility for offsite work and longer hours may be required.
Salary: £60,000 gross per annum

We are seeking an experienced and service-driven Head Housekeeper to join a prestigious household in Weybridge, Surrey. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service to the principals and their guests, ensuring a seamless, discreet, and professional environment at all times.

You will work as part of a team of three Head Housekeepers, each playing a key role in maintaining the smooth running of the household. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a proactive approach, and a strong background in high-end private service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding service for the principals and their guests, ensuring the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
• Manage formal and informal table settings, food and beverage service, and support for events and gatherings.
• Anticipate household needs, ensuring seamless daily operations.
• Maintain inventories related to service items 
• Collaborate effectively with the wider household team to deliver a consistently high level of service.

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 5 years experience in private households, luxury hospitality, or yachting.
• Strong background in high-level service, with excellent knowledge of etiquette and formal dining.
• Discreet, professional, and proactive, with strong organisational and communication skills.
• Flexible, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining exceptional standards.
