Salary: £50,000 (Dependant on Experience)

Overview and Opportunity
Achieve Hospitality are delighted to be partnering with a family owned business, which has significantly expanded over the past few decades. They are keen for an experienced Hotel Cluster Sales Manager to join their team.
The Hotel Cluster Sales Manager will be responsible for a cluster of hotels that are situated in the Aberdeen area of Scotland, looking at their overall strategy and sales success. You will report into each sites General Manager and be a key part of the team to move the cluster forward.
Role Responsibilities
- You will be looking to create growth and find ways of actually doing it.
- You will need to understand your markets and supply chains but also the internal working of your hotels.
- You will implement sales strategies – analysing trends and results, establish sales objectives for the hotels and develop annual sales plans for your sites.
- You’ll also implement local sales promotions and activities, work with hotels to understand their business gaps and ways to support them, utilise 3rd party sites for accommodation & MICE business, own and hit/exceed annual sales targets, and build strong and long lasting customer relationships.
Candidate Requirements
- You will have excellent sales and negotiation skills as well as business awareness.
- You’ll have the innovation, drive and enthusiasm and the ability to motivate others.
- You will understand the RFP process and agency activation, have excellent planning and organisational skills, the ability to work calmly under pressure, and have budget and report writing experience.
- This position will also require someone with excellent communication skills and command of the English Language.
