Salary: Up to £33,000 (Dependant on Experience)
Work Schedule: full time, permanent, 5 days out of 7

Overview and Opportunity:
Achieve Hospitality are delighted to be partnering with a Hotel and Country Club who are looking for an up and coming Chef de Partie to join their team.
A premier leisure destination in Surrey offering a blend of horse racing, golf, luxury accommodation, and wellness facilities. Situated within 450 acres of scenic countryside, it caters to both relaxation and recreation enthusiasts.
Role Responsibilities:
- To check each morning, the day’s menu and to liaise with the Head Chef or the Sous Chef to list the day’s work required to be done for the day.
- To supervise and assist with the food preparation and mise-en-place required for the lunch and dinner service.
- To undertake any duties as directed, from time to time, by Head Chef or Sous Chef
- Any other tasks as requested by Senior Management team.
Candidate Requirements:
- GCSE or equivalent
- L2 Food Safety in Catering or equivalent /L2 Food Preparation
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Chef
- Previous experience within a branded hotel is a distinct advantage.
