Rota Nanny Position – Gibraltar
Salary: £70,000 gross per annum
Schedule: 2 weeks on/2 weeks off rotation
Location: Gibraltar with extensive international travel

We are seeking an exceptional Rota Nanny to join our established team of childcare professionals in Gibraltar. This position offers the opportunity to provide premium care for a young child while working on a rotational basis alongside other dedicated nannies. The role involves significant international travel, making it ideal for a childcare specialist who values both structure and adventure in their professional life.
 
Key Responsibilities: 

• Deliver attentive and nurturing care for one child as part of the existing nanny team
• Handle all aspects of daily childcare, including feeding, bathing, and maintaining nursery standards
• Implement developmentally appropriate activities that encourage growth and learning
• Accompany the family on international trips, managing all travel preparations for the child
• Collaborate effectively with other nannies to ensure consistent care during handovers
• Create a warm, secure, and enriching environment wherever the family may be

Ideal candidate: 

• Minimum 3 years of professional nanny experience with a focus on infant/toddler care
• Previous experience in rotational childcare positions is highly valued
• Formal childcare qualifications would be beneficial 
• Spanish fluency is essential, with good English communication skills
• Adaptable, positive attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Strong teamwork skills and experience in coordinating with other household staff
• Valid European or British passport with unrestricted international travel capabilities
