Role: Head Of People (Hospitality)
Location: Aberdeen
Salary: £65,000 circa (dependant on experience)
Work Schedule: Full Time, Permanent, working 5 days out of 7
Start Date: As soon as Possible
Must have a Valid UK driving License, as will be travelling between sites (From Newcastle up to Aberdeen)

Achieve Hospitality are delighted to be partnering with a leading hospitality company with over 60 years of expertise in hotel acquisition, ownership, management, investment and development. They are keen for an experienced Head of People to join their team. Working with the HR Director, HR Team and operations, in this hybrid role you will balance the delivery of HR services to the region, with wider strategic HR activity that will deliver on the organisational vision ‘to inspire our people to be the best they can be.’
Role Responsibilities:
- Support your hotels in Scotland and Newcastle to engage in HR activity and adopt all tools available.
- Lead, deliver and facilitate for the wider HR team, on specific projects to help deliver the HR Strategy…
- Engaging their people, creating a culture of excellence, celebrating growth … and helping to achieve their HR goals.
Candidate Requirements:
