We are seeking a highly professional, discreet and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive personal and executive support to a high-profile individual. The ideal candidate will have experience in luxury hospitality (5-star hotels) or as a Personal Assistant to a Managing Director or Chairperson of a Multinational Organisation. This is a lifestyle-oriented role requiring a dynamic individual who is globally mobile, emotionally intelligent, and dedicated to excellence in service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex diaries, prioritise appointments, and ensure optimal time management
- Coordinate meetings across time zones with internal and external stakeholders
- Organise all aspects of international and domestic travel including visas, flights, accommodations, and itineraries
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters
- Handle personal errands, lifestyle management, and household liaison
- Track expenses and process reimbursements accurately
- Liaise with staff and suppliers across multiple households and offices
- Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues before they arise
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in a similar role supporting UHNW individuals or senior executives
- Background in high-end hospitality or luxury service environments preferred
- Exceptionally organised, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
- Able to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Strong communication skills and confident dealing with high-level stakeholders
- Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable with international travel
- Fluent in English; other languages including Hindi is an advantage
