Achieve Hospitality are delighted to be partnering with a luxurious 5-star hotel in County Kerry, nestled on a 300-acre estate along the Wild Atlantic Way. It offers 66 elegant rooms, five private cottages, and stunning views of the  River and surrounding mountains. The resort features fine dining at The Restaurant, a wellness spa, and a range of outdoor activities like fishing, kayaking, and horse riding. Once a noble’s summer home, it blends historic charm with modern comfort. It’s a member of Relais & Châteaux and frequently recognised among Ireland’s top hotels.
 
They are keen for an experienced Revenue Manager to join their Sales & Marketing Team.
This is a new, full-time role and responsible for all aspects of the revenue management including but not exclusive to maximizing the hotel’s revenue and financial performance through effective pricing, inventory management, strategic market planning. This role also requires a deep understanding of luxury hotel market trends across all markets, guest behaviour, and revenue optimisation strategies. All candidates are required to demonstrate their experience in the luxury hospitality sector and ability to interpret data and analytics to drive revenue growth and overall hotel financial performance.
 
Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimise room revenue and occupancy rates.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to inform revenue decisions and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Develop and execute both short-term and long-term revenue strategies in collaboration with the Director of Sales and Marketing, as well as the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
  • Oversee the Reservations team, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Lead and manage the Reservations team and drive revenue yield for the hotel.
  • Regularly review and adjust forecasts to ensure they reflect actual performance.
  • Stay up to date with market trends and events that may impact demand.
  • Manage room inventory distribution across all channels, including direct bookings, OTAs, GDS, and tour operator allocations, to maximise revenue.

Candidate Requirements: 

  • Extensive experience in revenue management and pricing strategy, ideally within a luxury hotel hospitality setting.
  • A professional qualification in revenue management.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in revenue management systems and tools.
  • Excellent understanding of pricing strategies, demand forecasting, and room inventory management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential; experience with HotSoft, SynXis, Channel Manager System – D-Edge, and Avvio/SHR, as well as Revinate, is highly desirable.
  • Ability to interpret data from tools such as STR and Lighthouse is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Capable of working under pressure and managing multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
