Job Title: Full-time Nanny/Personal Assistant
Location: Fisher Island, FL
Salary: $40 per hour
Benefits: PTO, Sick days and paid holidays.
Schedule: 35–50 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM required for school pick-up and childcare, with additional hours for personal assistant duties, household management, babysitting, and occasional travel)

We are seeking a proactive, tech-savvy, and responsible Nanny/Personal Assistant to join a dynamic household on Fisher Island. This hybrid role will be split between childcare and personal assistant responsibilities, making it ideal for a candidate who is equally comfortable engaging with school-aged children and managing administrative tasks for a busy family.
You’ll care for two bright and active children (ages 9 and 12) while also supporting the parents with a variety of tasks ranging from digital organization to running errands. The household employs a full-time housekeeper.
Key Responsibilities:
Childcare Duties:
- Provide responsible, attentive care for the children.
- Foster a supportive, structured environment that encourages personal and academic growth.
- Assist with schoolwork and promote positive study habits.
- Transport children to and from school and extracurriculars (one child attends school on Fisher Island; the other commutes to Miami).
- Oversee organization and tidiness of the children’s personal items and spaces.
- Prepare healthy snacks and simple meals.
- Occasionally walk the family dog and assist with pet care.
- Be available for occasional travel and overnight stays.
Personal Assistant Duties:
- Manage household and family calendars.
- Coordinate appointments, activities, and travel logistics.
- Print shipping labels, manage correspondence, and organize emails.
- Run errands such as grocery shopping and pick-ups/drop-offs.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with vendors and service providers.
- Utilize tech tools and systems efficiently to support household organization.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Prior experience in a combined childcare/assistant role strongly preferred.
- Tech-savvy: comfortable with digital calendars, email, basic printing/shipping tasks, and online scheduling.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Reliable driver with a clean driving record and valid license.
- Excellent judgment, discretion, and communication skills.
