Job Title: Full-Time Nanny
Location: Geneva (Live-out)
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, approx. 50 hours per week
Start Date: August 2025 (1-month paid trial)
Salary: CHF 5,000 + per month (negotiable depending on experience)
Contract Type: Full-time, permanent (following successful trial)
We are recruiting an experienced and dedicated full-time Nanny to join a private household in Geneva. This is a live-out position caring for two young children—a five-year-old girl and a three-year-old boy—in a sole-charge capacity. The family is seeking a proactive, educationally focused nanny who can provide a structured, nurturing, and stimulating environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, high-quality care for two children aged 5 and 3
- Establish and manage consistent daily routines, including school drop-offs, mealtimes, naps, and play
- Support early learning through structured activities, games, reading, and creative play
- Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through positive guidance
- Take responsibility for all nursery duties, including laundry, tidying of children’s areas, and organising belongings
- Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children as needed
- Coordinate age-appropriate outings and playdates
- Accompany the family on occasional trips (both local and international)
Ideal Candidate
- Fluent in French (essential) and confident in spoken English
- Substantial experience working with pre-school and early school-aged children in private households
- A background in early childhood education or teaching is highly desirable
- Kind, patient, and genuinely passionate about child development
- Able to take initiative and work independently while maintaining open communication with parents
- Discreet, reliable, and well-organised with a calm and positive attitude
- Flexible to adapt to changing schedules and occasional travel
- Ideally based in or near Geneva
