Restaurant Manager Duties:
– Oversee daily restaurant operations and support front-of-house leadership across lunch, dinner, and event service
– Work closely with the Events Manager and senior team to coordinate and deliver bespoke private dining and high-end events
– Liaise with the kitchen team to ensure a seamless and elevated service in line with fine dining and Michelin-quality expectations
– Create a positive work environment and managing the daily shifts of Front Of House departments
– Drive and monitor employee performance, training and standards with a hands-on approach
– Be able to take on some Duty Manager style roles
– Manage guest experience and handle feedback constructively and professionally
– Maintain the highest levels of service, presentation, and guest satisfaction
– Ensure H&S and operational compliance across all touch points
– Experience in a managerial role at Michelin Star establishment or at least 4 AA rosettes
– Impeccable standards with a passion for delivering outstanding service
– Immaculate presentation and communication skills
– Thrives under pressure, handles challenges with calm and clarity
– ‘Hands-on’, solutions-focused, and always looking for ways to constantly improve
– Fluent in reading and writing of the English language
