Job description:
 
A highly successful and fast-paced CEO is seeking a professional, polished, and experienced Personal Assistant based in Miami, FL, to provide day-to-day support both locally and while traveling. This is a dual PA role, meaning responsibilities will be shared with another assistant, offering both collaboration and flexibility.
This position requires a presentable, confident, and service-oriented candidate who can seamlessly operate in both corporate and high-profile social environments, such as dinner parties, private events, and meetings. Travel is a significant component of this role: candidates must be comfortable and enthusiastic about domestic and international travel up to 50% of the time.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level personal and administrative support to a busy CEO.
  • Coordinate complex travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics.
  • Assist with calendar management, scheduling, and event planning.
  • Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
  • Attend meetings, events, and social functions as needed, representing the CEO with poise and grace.
  • Manage personal errands, household coordination, and ad-hoc tasks.
  • Collaborate with a second PA to ensure smooth coverage and continuity.

 
Requirements:

  • Polished appearance with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Based in Miami, FL — only local candidates will be considered (no relocation).
  • Immediately available and flexible with working hours and travel.
  • Prior experience supporting a high-profile individual or executive.
  • Proven ability to maintain discretion and professionalism in all settings.
  • Comfortable with a dynamic schedule and frequent travel (approx. 50% of the time).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

 
Compensation & Benefits:
