Salary: £30 000 Plus Bonus

Achieve Hospitality are recruiting for a Hotel & Restaurant Manager for a Boutique hotel, based in Berwick upon Tweed.  This role will host a wide range of Events & Weddings, whilst overseeing the hotels fantastic Restaurant.

The successful candidate will be a dynamic and experienced Manager, who can provide first class hospitality service, demonstrate strong leadership and have an excellent understanding of hosting Events & Weddings.
 
Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, including food prep, service quality, and cleanliness
• Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
• Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high service standards
• Deal with customer requests, issues and complaints  
• Handle administrative tasks
