Overview
A highly experienced, discreet, and capable Travelling Butler is required to support an ultra-high-net-worth family across multiple international residences, yachts, and holiday destinations. This dynamic and hands-on role combines refined service with lifestyle management and operational logistics. The ideal candidate will be calm under pressure, meticulously organised, and capable of maintaining absolute discretion in all situations.
You will accompany the family across the UK, Europe, and occasionally the Middle East, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional service at every location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Travel extensively with the family across international locations, including private homes, villas, yachts, and hotels
  • Unpack, organise, and manage wardrobe and luggage logistics with precision
  • Create refined table settings and coordinate with chefs and service teams for private dining
  • Source and procure high-end items such as wines, flowers, clothing, and specialty foods
  • Oversee the presentation and maintenance of floral arrangements tailored to family preferences
  • Accompany and supervise children during activities and excursions
  • Coordinate daily itineraries, manage bookings, and adapt schedules in real-time
  • Liaise with luxury vendors and boutiques; manage exclusive purchases and deliveries
  • Ensure the safety, security, and care of valuable items and confidential information
  • Provide general lifestyle support while upholding the family’s preferences and privacy
  • Assist with overseeing global household and personal assets

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in private service, luxury hospitality, or similar UHNW-facing roles
  • Impeccable organisation, problem-solving skills, and an eye for detail
  • Confident managing high-value assets, luxury procurement, and sensitive information
  • Strong interpersonal skills; articulate, discreet, and well-presented
  • Experience with children and family logistics preferred
  • Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
  • Willingness to travel extensively and adapt to varying schedules
  • Valid passport and driving licence essential
  • Ability to swim and basic first aid training desirable
