Position: Rota Nanny – English & Spanish Speaking
Location: Gibraltar
Working Schedule: Two nannies alternate shifts in a rota. The schedule is six days a week, with each nanny working six hours daily.
Salary: £40,000 gross per annum

A distinguished European UHNW family, residing in the beautiful coastal surroundings of Gibraltar, is seeking two exceptional Rota Nannies to provide outstanding care for their 6-month-old child. The ideal candidates will be fluent in both English and Spanish, with a proven background caring for infants in high-profile or ultra-high-net-worth settings.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Deliver the highest standard of care for a 6-month-old, ensuring their safety, well-being, and developmental progress
• Create and facilitate enriching, age-appropriate activities to encourage early learning and curiosity
• Maintain seamless routines for feeding, bathing, sleeping, and developmental milestones
• Uphold the utmost discretion, professionalism, and respect for the family’s privacy
• Work in harmony with the co-nanny to ensure smooth, coordinated care at all times

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a nanny or maternity nanny within a private household, ideally for UHNW families or high-profile individuals
• Native-level or fluent command of both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
• Paediatric First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Comprehensive understanding of infant development and best practices in safety and care
• Discreet, adaptable, and confident in managing changing schedules and travel requirements
• A warm, engaging personality with a genuine passion for childcare and education
