We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to lead the F&B operations at a luxury property in the beautiful countryside of North Yorkshire.

Job Description
As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for the seamless running of all food and beverage services across the property, ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational efficiency, and team performance. You will play a hands-on role in elevating the guest dining experience while maintaining strong financial control and upholding brand standards.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all F&B outlets, including restaurant, bar, and event catering
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team across front and back-of-house operations
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through consistent service delivery and attention to detail
- Implement effective cost control measures across staffing, stock, and purchasing
- Drive revenue through upselling, menu development, and collaboration with the culinary team
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety, licensing, and food hygiene regulations
- Manage rotas, payroll, and departmental budgets in collaboration with senior leadership
- Maintain and improve service standards in line with luxury hospitality expectations
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as an F&B Manager or Assistant F&B Manager in a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant or a high-end country property.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on, proactive approach.
- Deep understanding of guest service excellence and operational standards in a premium environment.
- Financially astute with experience managing P&L, budgets and cost control.
- Ability to inspire, mentor and motivate a diverse team.
- Flexible, organised, and calm under pressure.
- A passion for hospitality.
