Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work occasional weekends as required

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and discreet Lady’s Maid to support a private household in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for wardrobe management, laundry, light housekeeping, and occasional dinner service, working closely within an established household team to deliver a seamless level of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide full wardrobe management, ensuring all clothing and accessories are well-maintained, organised, and cared for appropriately
• Handle all laundry tasks, including washing, ironing, steaming, and specialist care of delicate and luxury fabrics
• Assist with packing and unpacking for travel, ensuring clothing and accessories are prepared and presented to the highest standard
• Perform light housekeeping duties as required to maintain an immaculate living environment
• Assist with dinner service on occasion
• Collaborate effectively with the wider household team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Provide occasional support with pet care when needed

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in wardrobe management is essential
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a Lady’s Maid or Laundress within a private HNW household
• Excellent knowledge of fine garment care, luxury fabrics, and couture clothing
• Discreet, flexible, and professional with excellent attention to detail
• Confident working independently as well as part of a household team
• London-based and able to work full-time
