Job Description
 
Achieve Hospitality is assisting one of our UHNW clients in the search for a skilled and dynamic Private Travelling Chef to join their household, based in Dubai, with regular international travel across Europe and the UK.
This is a hands-on position working alongside another chef, suited to a proactive and highly organised professional with a genuine passion for healthy, organic, and sustainable cuisine. The Chef will be responsible for creating fresh, nutritious meals, supporting private events, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations across multiple locations.
 
Candidate Requirements

• Based in Dubai (or willing to relocate)
• Proven experience working as a Private Chef in UHNW households
• Strong knowledge of organic, health-conscious cooking and ingredient sourcing
• Consistent employment history demonstrating reliability and longevity
• Professional, discreet, and able to respect household routines and expectations
• Flexible to travel extensively across Europe and the UK
• Full driving licence required
• UK or EU passport essential (to accommodate international travel)

 
Role Responsibilities

• Prepare daily meals for the Principal, household staff, and occasional guests
• Design and execute menus aligned with the Principal’s preferences and dietary requirements
• Support small-scale entertaining, including pre-planned dinner parties and events
• Source and manage high-quality, organic produce both locally and internationally
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and sustainability (no plastics, ceramic cookware only, no additives)
• Collaborate with another household chef to rotate duties and ensure smooth service
• Travel internationally with the Principal and adapt to various household settings
