Role: Full-time Nanny
Location: Miami, FL 
Salary: $45 per hour
Work Schedule: Saturday and Sunday 12 hours a day, Thursday, Friday and Monday from 2 pm to 7 pm 
Start Date: As soon as the right candidate is found
 
Job Description
 
A warm and welcoming family is seeking an experienced and dedicated Nanny to provide exceptional care for their two boys, aged 6 and 4. The household is fully child-focused, ensuring a nurturing and structured environment that supports the children’s development and well-being. The role includes traveling with the family to their other properties.
 
Role Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment tailored to the children’s developmental needs.
• Plan and engage in age-appropriate educational and creative activities.
• Support the children’s emotional and social development through positive reinforcement and guidance.
• Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children.
• Manage morning and bedtime routines, ensuring consistency and structure.
• Accompany the children to school, extracurricular activities, and playdates.
• Maintain a tidy and organized environment in all areas related to the children.
• Travel with the family to their other properties as needed.
• Communicate effectively with parents and other household staff to ensure continuity of care.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional nanny experience, preferably in a rota or high-profile household.
• Childcare qualifications and/or relevant experience are required.
• A strong understanding of child development milestones and best childcare practices.
• A proactive, responsible, and flexible approach with a focus on the children’s needs.
• Ability to work seamlessly as part of a team and maintain professional discretion.
• Fluent in English; Spanish-speaking candidates are a bonus.
• Legally eligible to work in the USA.
• Must be based in Miami or nearby (no relocation assistance provided).
• Confident driver.
