Role: Full-Time Housekeeper/Nanny
Location: New York City
Salary: $125,000 per annum
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 AM – 7 PM

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly professional full-time Housekeeper/Nanny to join a private household in New York City and provide exceptional care for two children, while maintaining a well-organized and clean home. The ideal candidate will be warm, energetic, discreet, and confident, managing a busy schedule with school-aged children and household responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Childcare Duties:
- Morning routine: overseeing breakfast, getting the children ready, and managing school drop-offs.
- While children are in school, support all childcare-related tasks, including:
- Children’s laundry and wardrobe management
- Organizing play areas, bedrooms, and school materials
- Preparing fresh, healthy meals and snacks daily
- Coordinating activity schedules and ensuring readiness for after-school commitments
- Afternoon and evening routine: school pick-ups, transportation to activities, homework supervision, structured play, and winding down at home.
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment with clear structure and consistency.
- Demonstrate sound judgment and the ability to take initiative while respecting family routines and household standards.
Housekeeping Duties:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the home, including bedrooms, common areas, and kitchen
- Laundry, ironing, and wardrobe organization for the household
- Grocery shopping, meal prep, and kitchen organization (very healthy meals will be required)
- Managing household supplies and maintaining a tidy, orderly environment
- Occasional errands and light household tasks as needed
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of combined experience as a nanny and housekeeper in a private home or UHNW household
- Exceptional discretion, professionalism, and reliability
- Strong organizational skills; capable of managing multiple responsibilities independently
- Confident cook who can prepare nutritious, child-friendly meals with variety and balance
- Positive, engaging personality with a calm demeanor under pressure
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexibility to adjust within the set hours for school events, activities, or occasional schedule changes
- French speaker is a bonus
- Ability to start immediately
