Our UHNW client, based in Dubai, is seeking a professional and experienced Maternity Nurse to support with the care of their newborn twins. Job Description
 
Working in rotation with a second maternity nurse, you will provide exceptional care and guidance for the newborn twins, ensuring they are well looked after and helping to establish healthy routines. This role requires flexibility, teamwork, and a nurturing approach.
 
Role Responsibilities

• Provide attentive care to newborn twins, including feeding, changing, bathing, settling, and sleep training
• Monitor the twins’ health, development, and well-being, keeping detailed daily records
• Guide and support the parents with newborn care, routines, and best practices
• Collaborate effectively with the second maternity nurse to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain a calm, nurturing, and supportive environment for the babies and family

 
Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience as a maternity nurse within private households
• Proven experience caring for newborn twins is essential
• Strong knowledge of infant development, sleep training, and establishing routines
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English, both written and verbal
• Flexible, discreet, and professional with a supportive and caring nature
