Overview and Opportunity
We are representing a UHNW family with residences across the Middle East, seeking a highly experienced Property Manager to oversee the seamless operation of the Chairman’s principal residence. This is a prestigious opportunity to manage a world-class household environment, ensuring impeccable service and operational excellence at all times.
The Property Manager will lead all aspects of residential operations — from staff and facilities management to logistics, security, and guest services. You will act as the central point of coordination, ensuring the family’s properties are maintained and operated to the highest international standards.
Key Responsibilities Household & Operations Management
- Oversee the daily running of a formal household/mansion.
- Supervise multiple departments: administration, culinary, maintenance, procurement, telecommunications, logistics, groundskeeping, warehousing, security, and transportation.
- Uphold five-star service standards, ensuring every detail meets the Principals’ expectations.
Property & Maintenance
- Conduct regular property inspections, managing repairs, refurbishments, and upgrades.
- Ensure all residences remain safe, secure, and impeccably maintained.
- Implement proactive maintenance schedules to prevent issues.
Staff Management & Leadership
- Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing household team.
- Ensure middle management deliver smooth day-to-day operations.
- Introduce clear procedures, service protocols, and performance standards.
Logistics & Guest Support
- Coordinate all aspects of family, guest, and staff travel.
- Oversee transportation, accommodation, and event logistics.
- Ensure smooth guest experiences, from arrival to departure.
Financial & Administrative Oversight
- Review payroll, expenditures, and invoices, ensuring financial accountability.
- Report regularly to the Director of the Private Office with updates and recommendations.
- Maintain full transparency and detailed reporting across all operations.
Crisis & Risk Management
- Develop and implement contingency and emergency plans.
- Provide immediate, effective responses to any operational disruptions.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 10–15 years’ experience in property/estate management within UHNW households, luxury hotels, or 5-star resorts.
- Strong financial acumen, ideally with exposure to treasury or AP systems (Oracle, NetSuite preferred).
- Exceptional leadership and organisational skills with a process-driven mindset.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- High levels of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
- Valid driving licence and clean background check (DBS).
- Non-smoker preferred.
