Job Description
 
The Personal Trainer / Osteopath will provide tailored health, fitness, and rehabilitation support to a UHNW family of six (two parents and four young adults). This role combines physical training, injury prevention, rehabilitation, and holistic well-being, with a strong emphasis on diet and nutrition in collaboration with the Head Chef.
The PT/Osteopath will design and oversee individualised fitness programmes, ensure optimal musculoskeletal health for all family members, and identify best-in-class gyms, equipment, and exercise regimes suited to their lifestyle. The role requires a discreet, proactive, and family-focused professional who can adapt to the evolving needs of both adults and children.
 
Responsibilities
 
Fitness & Training Programmes

  • Develop and implement tailored training plans for each family member (adults and children).
  • Conduct fitness assessments and monitor progress regularly.
  • Deliver one-to-one and group training sessions, adapting for varying ages and abilities.
  • Research and recommend best-in-class gyms, trainers, and exercise facilities locally and internationally.

Osteopathy & Rehabilitation

  • Provide osteopathic assessments, treatments, and rehabilitation support for musculoskeletal health.
  • Address posture, mobility, injury prevention, and recovery needs.
  • Collaborate with medical staff or specialists when required to ensure holistic care.
  • Support with sports-related injuries and ongoing maintenance therapy.

Nutrition & Diet Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Head Chef to design personalised meal plans aligned with training and health goals.
  • Ensure diet and exercise programmes complement each other for optimal performance and well-being.
  • Educate the family on healthy eating habits, hydration, and long-term nutritional strategies.

Lifestyle & Family Support

  • Provide health, wellness, and exercise guidance suitable for children and young adults.
  • Recommend and oversee equipment purchases for home gyms and training facilities.
  • Ensure privacy, discretion, and a family-first approach in all activities.
  • Stay up to date with latest trends, therapies, and innovations in fitness, osteopathy, and nutrition.

Candidate Requirements

  • Degree in Osteopathy, Sports Science, Physiotherapy, or related field.
  • Certified Personal Trainer (Level 3+ or equivalent); additional specialisations in rehabilitation or nutrition are highly desirable.
  • 5+ years of experience working with UHNW families, VIPs, or in luxury wellness/hospitality environments.
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, rehabilitation, and injury prevention.
  • Experience designing fitness programmes for both adults and children.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to motivate and inspire.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is advantageous).
  • High degree of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Flexible and adaptable to international travel and changing schedules.
