Overview and Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Russian-speaking Private Family Physician to provide dedicated medical support to a private family based in London. The ideal candidate is a highly qualified doctor who approaches health management like a professional athlete, using advanced diagnostics, continuous monitoring of vitals (cholesterol, biomarkers, etc.), and cutting-edge techniques such as longevity-focused cryotherapy.
This full-time role requires strong English communication skills, ongoing healthcare management, coordination with leading specialists, and comprehensive medical oversight across the UK and Europe. The role can be carried out both in person and remotely, offering flexibility to work from home when appropriate.
Job Description
As the Private Family Physician, you will act as the primary point of contact for the family’s healthcare needs. You will provide medical oversight, coordinate external consultations, manage preventive healthcare, and ensure the highest standards of care for all family members. This role requires flexibility, discretion, and the ability to translate complex medical information into clear, practical guidance.
Role Responsibilities
- Monitor the ongoing health of all family members, including advanced longevity and wellness protocols.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date medical records.
- Research and apply advanced diagnostic, treatment, and preventative healthcare practices.
- Build and manage a network of specialists, physicians, diagnostic labs, and medical centres across the UK and Europe.
- Coordinate and accompany family members to medical appointments, check-ups, and consultations as required (in person or online).
- Facilitate multidisciplinary consultations, summarising treatment plans and translating complex information into clear, actionable steps.
- Supervise compliance with prescribed treatments and adjust plans as necessary.
- Provide regular reports and maintain a knowledge base for the family’s healthcare management.
- Support healthcare management remotely when possible, including telemedicine consultations and virtual monitoring.
Candidate Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent).
- Board certification in General Practice, Internal Medicine, or Paediatrics.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience.
- Fluent Russian with strong English proficiency (Upper-Intermediate or above).
- Flexible, adaptable, and available for irregular working hours and frequent travel.
- Comfortable working remotely when appropriate.
- Valid documentation allowing unrestricted stay and travel across the UK, Europe, and the UAE, particularly Switzerland, Italy, France, Cyprus, and the UK.
