Overview and Opportunity
An Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) individual based in Dubai is seeking an experienced Private Chef with expertise in Middle Eastern cuisine. The Chef will work within a fully staffed private household, delivering exceptional dining experiences daily and supporting the Principal during both local and international travel.
The property is a large private residence with a small, dedicated household team focused on maintaining the highest service and presentation standards.
 
Job Description
The Private Chef will manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu design, ingredient sourcing, and meal preparation. Working closely with the Principal and household team, the Chef will ensure smooth daily service and impeccable presentation across all meals.

• Property size: Large private residence in Dubai
• Team size: Small household team including housekeepers and a driver
• Working hours: 6 days per week, flexibility required for travel and events

Role Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily
• Design and adapt menus to suit the Principal’s taste and dietary preferences
• Source and manage fresh, premium-quality ingredients from trusted suppliers
• Maintain a clean, organised kitchen following strict hygiene standards
• Create traditional and contemporary Middle Eastern dishes with creativity and precision
• Provide seamless service during international travel with the Principal
• Maintain discretion and uphold the highest standards of professionalism at all times

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a Private Chef within UHNW households or luxury hospitality
• Expert knowledge and passion for Middle Eastern cuisine
• Highly professional, discreet, and adaptable
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently with initiative and creativity
• Based in Dubai or able to relocate independently
