Role: Housekeeper
Location: Gloucestershire, UK
Salary: £55,000 per annum (plus £20,000 relocation allowance if applicable)
Work Schedule: Full-Time, 48 hours/week, Monday-Friday (1-hour break), occasional Saturdays on a rota
Accommodation: No staff accommodation provided; relocation allowance offered

Overview and Opportunity
A prestigious Gloucestershire estate is seeking an experienced, professional, and dedicated Housekeeper to join a growing household team.
The household consists of a couple and a teenager, with a dog and horses on the property. The residence is a modern, luxurious estate featuring multiple bedrooms, leisure areas, a spa, pool, piano room, and staff facilities.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with UHNW household experience who can uphold exceptional standards and work collaboratively with the Head Housekeeper and wider household team.
 
Job Description
● Maintain all areas of the house to the highest standard, including bedrooms, living areas, bathrooms, and leisure spaces.
● Handle laundry, ironing, wardrobe care, and coordinate with dry cleaners.
● Clean and polish crystal, silver, and luxury materials.
● Ensure household supplies are well-stocked; report any missing or damaged items.
● Assist with light meal preparation or heating simple breakfasts when required.
● Support the team in preparing the home for guests or events.
● Occasional assistance with pet care may be required.
● Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
● Driving required.
 
Candidate Requirements
● Proven experience working in private UHNW or VIP households.
● Experience with silver service and luxury materials.
● Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
● Discreet, professional, and loyal.
● A strong team player with a flexible and proactive approach.
● Driving licence and access to own car required.
● Strong references from previous UHNW or VIP employers.
